A Note About Testimonials

Self-promotion has never been my favorite part of running a business, and as a result, I haven’t been as proactive as I could be in requesting reviews or testimonials after wrapping up projects.

However, I recognize how valuable it is for potential clients to hear directly from those I’ve worked with—you shouldn’t have to take my word for it! In 2025, I’m committed to changing that by collecting and sharing more testimonials.

In the meantime, I’m sharing a mix of feedback from my past clients and comments from my time at the Apple Genius Bar. Thank you for your understanding as I work to expand this section of my site!

Apple Store Genius Bar - Customer Comments

When I worked at the Genius Bar, customers received an email satisfaction survey after each visit. These surveys contained an optional comments field, in which customers could choose to write additional feedback about their experience with the technician who helped them.

Below are some of the most meaningful comments I received from customers I helped (all responses were anonymous).

“My husband and I felt that Alex Russell-Falla was superior in every way. Not only was she brilliant in her technical knowledge, she was most personable, friendly and charming. Her people skills are superb. We feel fortunate to have lucked out by having her assigned to us. And of course, all our iPad problems are corrected and then some. Many thanks to Alex.
